Just got a reply from the BCC - not to my liking unfortunately. Must make a complaint mentioning ratepaying customer, environmental respnsibility, tunnel projects etc etc.

Thank you for submitting your request to Brisbane City Council regarding Waste.

At this stage there are no e-waste days scheduled for this Financial year. The allocation of funds for this program will be determined in the 2007/2008 Budget. Unfortunately you will have to dispose of this waste through the Yellow Pages or SIMS.
